Its whole body is constructed of anodized aluminum and is seamless, ensuring food doesn’t become trapped in its crevices. To further prevent food particle buildup, there is a double-sided seal between its blade and carriage. Said blade measures 13 inches in diameter, is plated with chromium, and has a 60-62 Rockwell hardened edge to ensure thorough use in high-volume establishments. To further extend its use, it comes with a remote sharpener unit that can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.Designed with versatility in mind, the Bizerba GSPV-2150 deli slicer can slice cuts of meat as thick as 24 millimeters; operators can adjust the width using the unit? illuminated rotary knob. It also features a front-facing control panel that can be used to alter the blade? speed when needed, such as when it needs to be fully stopped for cleaning. Its lift arm design has a high carriage with a 25-degree inclination towards the operator, and a gravity feed chute of 45 degrees towards its blade.
