It features an automatic drive system with three variable speeds, and the manual servo module automatically guides products down the cutting channel to ease operator workload. Its lift arm is heavy weighted, while its gravity feed carriage has a 40-degree angle decline to simplify sliding Swiss, provolone, and pepperjack through the slicing mechanism. The unit utilizes a countertop design created by its compact size measuring 281/2 inches long by 2212/25 inches wide by 242/3 inches high; its 6-foot-long cord eases installation and operation.Constructed of anodized aluminum, the seamless design of the Bizerba GSPHDI90-GCB gravity feed slicer ensures a durable body that’s break and rust resistant.
